I have Crohn’s disease and have not had Chinese food in years. Thank you so much for Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos… I took a bottle of it to a local Chinese restaurant, and they used it to cook my order. What a wonderful treat!

My family has been gluten-free for years, and finding a delicious soy sauce has been a real dilemma. Your Coconut Aminos is so healthy and delicious.
– Cheryl M, Hazlet NJ

A few years ago I developed a soy allergy… It’s unbelievable how many problems it can cause. Severe pain and inflammation throughout my body. Anyway, I make a lot of stirfry dishes, and I love crunchy vegetables with your Coconut Aminos. It’s even better than soy sauce.”
– Dorothy B, Manchester NH

Aloha. I am a vegan baker and cook and I teach cooking classes here on Maui. I had the joy of working with Coconut Aminos recently for a soy-free student. I made seitan and a crazy delicious dipping sauce, both with Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos as a base.
– Andrea B, Maui

I've been battling this stupid soy allergy/intolerance and I'm finding that I have to give up a lot of my favorite (processed or prepared) things because of the sneaky soy ingredients. I can tell within seconds after putting a food into my mouth, if it has soy in it or not. Asian cuisine is really hard to avoid, hurts my heart! But, I discovered your coconut aminos and it feels like I've discovered a hidden treasure. It is very versatile; yesterday I used it in my beef jerky marinade - turned out fabulous! Your product is helping me on my journey of clean eating, helping me fight this war against soy!

We’re proud that Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos has just two, simple ingredients: organic coconut tree sap from our Certified Organic Farms in the Philippines, and hand harvested, mineral-rich sea salt collected near the coast of the southern islands and sun dried in open air structures lined with clay bricks.?Read more about ingredients in Coconut Aminos and common problems with soy.

When the coconut tree is tapped it produces a?nutrient-rich “sap” that exudes from the coconut?blossoms. This sap has a low glycemic index of only 35 and?contains a wide range of minerals, vitamin C, broad-spectrum B vitamins,?17 amino acids, and has a nearly neutral pH.

When it comes to sodium, no soy sauce can compare… Coconut Aminos has just 90 mg of sodium per teaspoon. The leading brand of “lower sodium” soy sauce has more than twice the salt at 234 mg per tsp.?Read more about salt content and the nutritional benefits of Coconut Aminos.
